There is ONE thing we are good at...or should I say...there is one thing we have mastered. That is: making a mess! It doesn't matter what we are doing, we can always make a good mess. I just live with the philosophy that "we'll clean it up later!" I am all for my children learning by discovery and exploration and most often times that comes with a hefty consequence afterward - clean up. Maybe that is why the bath tub has become one of my best friends. Either way, I truly believe that my children will grow up with fond memories of a wonderful childhood and really, in the end, that is all that matters to me!
